Common questions

Is the transmission receipt admissible as proof of submission?

It includes the recipient number, page count, timestamp, and Telnyx transmission ID. Most agencies accept it as proof of timely delivery.

Can I keep different projects separate?

Yes — fax rooms isolate projects from each other inside the same company. Members can be added per-project.

Does this work with our ERP?

Push faxes into any system via webhook, or use our REST API for deeper integrations.

What about retention for closed projects?

Set retention per room (e.g., 7 years for active, 1 year for closed).
